Paul tells us that the products of the Spirit are

“Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” Galatians 5:22

This sermon deals with kindness and gentleness. The first two examples show how the lack of these qualities  can ruin lives.
